Quattro-Tech Bury St Edmunds (BSE Ltd) is the newest addition to the Quattro-Tech Group. Co-owned and operated by Audi Master Technician, Alex Nixon, who will be moving over from our Cambridge branch after 3 years to open QTs latest site.

Quattro-Tech has always maintained quality, using genuine parts and operating in the workshop to manufacturers’ standards, following all manufacture repair instructions.

This means all work carried out by us is warranty compliant to the manufacturer using the latest industry equipment and diagnostics tools.

Alex is an owner/operator at Bury St Edmunds launching our newest QT site after opening Cambridge with Jon in 2021. Alex started his career at an independent garage where he stayed for 4 years. He then joined Audi where he went from Service Technician to Diagnostic Technician and then on to Master Technician. Alex is also qualified as a High Voltage Technician and specialises in braking and suspension. Alex’s experience directly contributes to his vast technical knowledge, high level of accurate diagnosis and dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Alex’s interests include watching football, playing 5 aside and going to the gym.

Starting at Quattro-Tech in 2020, Donna’s role has naturally evolved with the business, taking on new challenges and responsibilities along the way. Now as Group Support Manager, she oversees a wide range of areas that keep the business and its people developing including HR, training and development, health and safety, internal communications, and employee experience.
Jon - Director / Master Technician

Jon - Director / Master Technician
Jon is an owner/operator at Cambridge alongside Alex. Jon started his career in 1996 where he completed an apprenticeship at Volvo. He then went on to join Audi, becoming a qualified Master Technician and High Voltage Technician. Jon brings a strong skill set including teamwork, attention to detail, determination, and excellent customer service. In his spare time, he enjoys watching Moto GP, playing football, and spending time with his family.
