WHO WE ARE

Quattro-Tech (QT) is a modern and well-equipped main dealer alternative for parts, servicing, and repairs. Specialising in AUDI, CUPRA, SEAT, ŠKODA & VOLKSWAGEN (private and commercial)

By using original equipment (O.E) and genuine Volkswagen Group (VWG) parts to service, maintain and repair vehicles, we are able to uphold the manufacturer’s warranty. Meaning we can offer our customers the same high-quality service as a main dealer but at a highly competitive price. In addition, we offer a range of performance enhancing upgrades for many of the VWG vehicles. We are unique in being the sole REVO dealer and RacingLine OEM+ Technical Centre in the area. The benefit of us being a specialist means our organisation can be trusted with even the most complex of jobs.

Quattro-Tech is a significant part of a much larger group that was first established in 2013. In 2020 we expanded into the VWG used car selling market when we opened QT Cars.

Whilst the organisation has grown, it has stayed true to its core values which include: Integrity; Honesty; and Reliability. Our dedicated team have over 150 years’ combined experience and expertise within VWG whilst also having a real passion for customer service. We pride ourselves on giving an exceptional experience and consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations.

We offer a range of convenient options when booking in with us, including a ’while you wait’ service, the offer of a loan car option or simply drop and go. There is also ample parking available making your visit a stress-free experience. We believe that communication is everything, so we do not have call waiting or an automated call handling system. We simply answer your calls and respond to your emails and social media enquiries promptly.

Because of this welcoming approach, we have gained strong local support of which we are extremely grateful. We are proud to be able to give back to our local community by supporting local football teams, businesses, and charities alike.

Meet The Team

QT is an independent AUDI, CUPRA, SEAT, ŠKODA, VOLKSWAGEN and VW commercial vehicle repair specialist with a dedicated team having over 150 years experience and expertise within VWG (Volkswagen Group).

St. Ives

Kelvin – Director & Operations Manager

Kelvin has worked for the VWG brand for 14 years, achieving Master Technician accreditation. Having a vast technical knowledge completing various VWG specialist courses including the B-ALERT diagnostic technique course helping to achieve a high level of accurate diagnosis and directly contributes to the aim of delivering excellent customer service.

Nathan – Master Technician

Nathan has worked within the VWG brand for 16 years, achieving Master Technician accreditation. He joined QT in February 2016, bringing another strong skill set to an already strong team. Nathan has become a vital part of the team with his diagnostic skills and is also trained on high voltage vehicles.

Paul – Senior Technician

Paul worked for Audi for 14 years before joining QT in Jan 2017 heading up the team at QT Peterborough when they first opened. He then moved across to St.Ives as a technician bringing with him a wealth of technical knowledge, experience, and passion for the VWG brand. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing volleyball, and his favourite car is the Audi RS6

Mark – Master Technician

Mark started off his Apprenticeship journey on HGVs before moving to Bedford VW in 2014 where he stayed for 10 years gaining specialisms and advancing his diagnostic and repair skills. In his spare time, Mark likes going away in his T5 camper and going to the gym. Restoring and fixing personal project cars is also a hobby of his.

Leon – Technician

Leon joined QT St Ives in September 2025 as a Technician. Before QT, Leon worked at Cambridge Audi and completed a 4 year apprenticeship programme with them. He’s always had an interest in cars which is why he’s passionate about what he does. His favourite VWG car is an Audi RS3. In Leon’s spare time you’ll find him at the gym listening to music, which leads us on nicely to his other interest, attending music festivals.

Ant - Technician

Ant has been in the motor trade for 20 years, starting out as an Apprentice at a local SAAB and TVR specialist he gained lots of knowledge and experience. Always keen to learn, Ant likes a challenge and will never give up. In February 2023, Ant left SAAB for a new experience and joined QT the following month. Ant’s favourite VWG vehicle is the Audi RS6 and in his spare time he enjoys riding his bike, running 1/2 marathons and camping in their VW T5.

Cambridge

Jon - Director & Master Technician

Jon is an owner/operator at Cambridge alongside Alex. Jon started his career in 1996 where he completed an apprenticeship at Volvo. He then went on to join Audi, becoming a qualified Master Technician and High Voltage Technician. Jon brings a strong skill set including teamwork, attention to detail, determination, and excellent customer service. In his spare time, he enjoys watching Moto GP, playing football, and spending time with his family.

Millie - Operations Executive

I have always been a bit of a petrol head with a passion for cars, more so over the last 6-years when I met my partner, Sam. I enjoy attending car meets/shows and helping with repairs/modifications on our own cars. Prior to joining QT Cambridge I worked in the used vehicle warranty sector, however, my background is primarily equestrian and agricultural based. I take customer satisfaction very seriously and always ensure people are greeted with a warm welcome and treated fairly. I enjoy going for long walks with my two dogs and spending as much time outside in the sunshine as possible!

Will - Technician

Will joined QT in August 2022 as Apprentice Vehicle Technician working under the guidance of both Jon and Alex. Currently working towards his level 3 qualification, Will initially joined with a strong passion for cars but little mechanical knowledge. Since joining us, Will has developed a multitude of skills and now has thorough understandings of various mechanical components but continues to learn more everyday. His favourite car in the VWG is the Audi RS6 and in his spare time he enjoys playing as part of a basketball team aswell as spending time with his friends and family.

Josh - Technician

Josh joined QT St Ives in August 2022 as an Apprentice Technician and started working alongside Ben, and Ross. Josh is already level 1 and 2 qualified and is now close to completing level 3 apprenticeship qualification. Josh has recently been promoted to Technician and has since moved over from our St Ives branch to support our team at Cambridge. His favourite VWG car would be Audi RS3 and his spare time hobbies include hanging out with mates, socialising at the pub, fixing a project car and then subsequently taking it to car meets.

Ollie - Apprentice Technician

Ollie joined the team at QT Cambridge in October 2023. New to the motor trade, Ollie was keen to learn how vehicles function and the maintenance required to keep them running in peak condition. Outside of work, Ollie’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends and playing video games. His favourite VWG car is the Audi RS3.

Charlie - Diagnostic Technician

Charlie started his Apprenticeship in 2017 with Cambridge Audi when he was 17, his mentors at the time were actually Jon and Alex, now owner operators at Cambridge QT. Once completed Charlie became a Service Technician, and then went on to do further training to become an Audi Accredited Diagnostic Technician. The learning didn’t stop there as Charlie took part in some specialist courses whilst still at Audi, training to become a level 1 HVT, Audi R8 specialist and an Audi infotainment specialist. His favourite car from the VWG is an RS6! In his spare time he’s always riding his BMX and MTB bikes, and is also into football!

Peterborough

Stephen – Senior Technician

Stephen has been in the trade since 98. He completed an apprenticeship and eventually joined VW Commercial in 2006, working there until 2010. After that he worked at a VAG specialist for 10 years then moved back to VW Commercial for another 4 years. Now at Quattro-Tech and really enjoy the work variety – still learning new things everyday. Stephen enjoys playing snooker, riding his bike and going to gigs and festivals.

David - Director & Master Technician

David has 30 years VWG experience, he was one of the first Audi Master Technicians gaining the accreditation in 2003, having also passed his reassessment in 2011. He is qualified in the latest diagnostic techniques required to maintain modern Audi vehicles. He is also licensed to work on the complete range of Audi vehicles including R8 and RS models and is up-to-date with R8 vehicle repair quality and standards as well as the B-ALERT diagnostic techniques to achieve a first time fix.

Ben - Senior Technician / Director

Ben had worked with Skoda for over 2 years before joining QT. Ben studied motor vehicles at college before working for Skoda and joined the QT team in June 2015. He remains on the Skoda training program allowing him to keep building his skill set and knowledge of a great brand. After just over 9 years at QT St Ives, Ben recently joined the team at QT Peterborough bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Harvey - Apprentice Technician

Harvey joined QT in October 2022 as an Apprentice Technician with a growing interest in the mechanical trade to work on motor vehicles. He is working towards his level 3 to achieve his qualification in Motor Mechanics wanting to become a fine Technician. Harvey is enjoying his enrolment alongside his colleagues working as a solid team, something his is familiar with being apart of a semi-professional football side which he loves as a hobby. Harvey’s favourite VWG car is Leon Cupra K1.

Ross - Director & Operations Manager

Ross joined Quattro-Tech back in November 2014. Ross’s interest in the motor trade started when he was in year 10. After completing a 2 year part-time course, and a year on a full-time course after leaving school, he then chose to find an Apprenticeship, completing the final year of his course at a local garage. Fast-forward 2 years working as a full-time mechanic, Ross was approached by Kelvin and Dave about a job at newly opened QT. Ross has spent the last 8 years at Quattro-Tech St Ives moving between a Technician and providing front of house support. He has recently moved over to the Peterborough branch where he has been appointed Director.

Leon - Technician

Leon start life in the automotive industry as a Level 2 qualified Apprentice studying at Stamford College whilst working for a local independent garage. Leon was exposed to working on all makes and models during the 8 years he spent there. Leon then joined Quattro-Tech Peterborough for a new challenge in July of 2023 and has been a great asset to the team applying the skills he’s developed on the VWG Group.
