Being apart of Quattro-Tech has been a really enjoyable experience so far. The camaraderie of the whole team means everyone feels heard and trusted. There’s never a problem and only a solution. I’m definitely looking forward to many more years with Quattro-Tech and seeing both the company and myself progress.

Joining Quattro-Tech has been invaluable to my development as a person both inside and outside of work. There were limited internal resources designated to marketing before I joined so I have been trusted to shape my role from the ground up whilst helping QT grow by reaching new customers, and through nursing the relationship with our existing customer-base. Success at QT is collective, everyone works together as one which is great to be apart of.

Working at Quattro-Tech has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company’s commitment to personal and professional development has allowed me to grow and progress in my career in ways I never imagined. I also appreciate the freedom to implement changes and the trust placed in me to drive projects forward. There are also lots of benefits available that massively support my work life balance.

Since starting my role at Quattro-Tech as Apprentice Content Creator I’ve been able to learn and grow, not only through my course work but also by working alongside an amazing team with large amounts of support. I’m really grateful for the creative freedom I’ve been allowed within my role as it has helped a lot towards my personal development as well as confidence.

The support in and out of work is second to none. QT support me with my boxing career outside of work and inside of work there is a great support network with access to some fantastic benefits. The workshop environment is brilliant, everyone gets on like a house on fire.
