We will always recommend to our customers that they should follow manufacturer guidelines when it comes to servicing and even more-so if your vehicle is tuned or performance related to allow your vehicle to run at its optimum.

Nowadays most newer vehicles will indicate the service type required within the onboard infotainment system. If you are a returning customer we should have records to advise which is needed. Generally speaking, services should alternate between an Interim and a Full Service each year or 10,000 miles whichever comes first.

Modern VW Audi Group vehicles will require additional services periodically such as timing belt changes, DSG oil changes, Haldex oil & filter changes (on 4-wheel drive cars) which relate to mileage. Aircon re-gas and brake fluid changes are also required at various intervals depending on usage.

To comply with the EU Block Exemption ruling, we use all genuine parts, meaning your car will keep its original dealer warranty while your servicing work is completed at Quattro-Tech.
